Settling in, shows on the way

Hey everyone,

Your patience is incredible. Right now I’m playing some open mics, finding, feeling, and feeding off of some great musical energy. Denver and Boulder are some of the most musically positive places I’ve ever set foot in, I’m so happy to be on the long end of a very long stick.

If you really love the music, then I love you, too. I know we have something special, but feel free to share it, too, you’ve got some friends that would really like to hear something cool.

We’re almost there!

We are so, so close to releasing this music right now and we couldn’t be more excited. In the next couple weeks, the last two years of work, tweaking, and re-tweaking will finally be ready. There will be more in the next couple weeks. Of course, this is only the beginning of a long, awesome journey, with more music and adventure in the years to come. I’m glad you could join in from the beginning.

I did all the work on the album cover so that you didn’t have to. The good news is, I’ve documented the entire, painstaking experience. I have never had so much respect for trees.

I mean, I’ve written songs, but now I really understand…

Progress!

The whole idea is eventually coming into place. There’s about three steps to this particular album cover, step tree is done. Having a 6 bedroom house with a fireplace to yourself works wonders. Boulder, CO is starting to fill me up.

Even though my right brain is the mightier side, it still can’t comprehend how to make use of my left hand and output a tree. Might have to call in some outside help on this one…

The New Checklist, The New Place

Now that I’m in Boulder, things are falling more both in and out of place than ever. You might say that things are switching places. One of the things that has been falling back in place is the new swanky studio I get to set up. (My roommates are awesome too).

A little layout of the impending clutter.
